Still sick, but still practicing.
The "closing my eyes" thing while practicing is working out much better then I thought it would! I am even doing the same thing with the earlier "picking exercise" on the dvd, and was surprised to learn that I can actually find the strings with my right hand without looking, who woulda thunk it?
Took a road trip this morning out to the Christmas Tree Farm in Swiftwater, NH to get our Christmas tree, so here is a picture of it:
It is the one right up in front of the picture obviously!Gonna buy John McCarthy's "Drive" tomorrow,
give it the listen, and review it tomorrow as well.

Beautiful Picture!! We've gone to tree farms before for our Xmas tree too ~ Used to live in Maine - both kids born there! Keep up the good work on the guitar! Our son lives in L.A. and plays music in a small 2 person band around town and also swapped/bartered teaching Guitar for treatments with his Dr/Chiropractor!!
Maine is lovely country indeed, why did'ya leave?
We couldn't think of any other place to get our tree but the same farm as every year.
